Blown away! This is honestly one of the nicest Spas i’ve been in. They have done an amazing job with the layout and the attention to detail. The look and feel are all extremely pleasing to the senses and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and amazing. Amy was so helpful in sourcing a private space for me to do a video call and then booking me in for use of the facilities after. Angelica was so lovely on reception. She showed me around and really made me feel at home. I live in London the majority of the time and coming to the Garage Spa was like a taste of luxury and a welcoming home again. Very restorative with great facilities. The sauna, admittedly, could have been a little warmer for my preference, but overall, this is a beautiful Sanctuary for anyone looking to treat themselves. I also love the fact that you can sit in a jacuzzi outside and see the greenery over the wall. The birds were singing, I had my magazine and a cup of coffee in one of the hot tubs outside and felt so at peace and happy. Thank you!
Its a lovely spa, with a salt room, steam room, jacuzzis and an outdoor area, but please be aware, there’s no place to sit around and just chill. There’s no pool to swim in or relax at the side of, so if you’re spending 2-3 hours here, that time will be either in a jacuzzi, salt room or steam room. There’s some quiet space upstairs but this tends to be used for people waiting to have a treatment.
Lovely location with excellent views. Staff very friendly and gave a tour on arrival and explained the facilities. Loved the outdoor area. Great facilities which were clean and tidy and well maintained. Relaxing salt room. Had a dry flotation treatment which was very relaxing. Would definitely visit again!
After reading all the awful reviews on Trip Advisor, our expectations were low to say the very least. What a fabulous afternoon we had. There is new management and a new team and a major refurbishment. All the staff were brilliant and the facilities were lovely and good value for money. Lots of beautifully clean hot tubs, a plunge pool, sauna, steam room and Salt relaxing room, as well as a peaceful outside area in which to relax. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. My salt body scrub treatment was a delight and my skin feels beautiful and soft. It is quite a small area, but perfectly laid out. The only suggestion I would make would be to provide one locker per person and an extra towel each. The robes were beautifully washed and pure white. The lady on the reception in the Spa was very welcoming and her customer service was excellent.
We had coffee in the reception lounge before heading to the Morritt Hotel for our Afternoon Tea. The afternoon tea was excellent – beautifully fresh and most of it looked and tasted home made. Lovely moist cakes and warm scones – just delightful.
Excellent facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. They have everything you could wish for at a top notch spa. Really enjoyed our day here and would come again. Massages and facials were so relaxing and very much a treat using Elemis products. Beauty therapists were well trained and it was an amazing experience.
