We have been twice. The spa is lovely as we’re the staff. The place was spotless. But unfortunately there are a few aspects that are tatty and let it down. The outdoor pool has broken buttons and jets etc don’t work as a result, these were the same in March.
The main pool has an island with some powerful jets on it, they no longer work. Also half the air jets in the hydrotherapy pool don’t work. It’s a premium product being sold, prices have gone up, things shouldn’t be broken. It’s a shame because it’s handy, but will probably swerve and try somewhere else next time.
It was a most relaxing day at the spa. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were offered delightful herbal teas. After a tour of the facilities, we were provided with robes and slippers. Before our massages and facials, we enjoyed the water beds and the wonderfully warm outdoor infinity pool; both were delightful, especially the pool’s temperature, considering it was February in England.
The massage was the highlight of the day. It was expertly performed, and my back has never felt better. The facial and head massage were equally exceptional; I could have stayed there forever. Thank you.
The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the service was prompt and efficient. The food was delicious and satisfying.
While some areas of the centre could benefit from a little refurbishment, overall, it’s a lovely venue with excellent staff and a wonderful way to begin the week.
Excellent visit to this popular spa. Facilities are great and the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The treatments are first class and should leave you feeling relaxed. Restaurant on site offers delicious food as well as a roof terrace bar. Plenty of relaxing to be had !

I booked a spa day for my partners 30th birthday. We enjoyed every minute. The girls in Novara were fantastic! I had a skin analysis done by Georgia who was very knowledgeable. She talked me through my results and the treatment plan to help with my acne scarring. I cant wait to get started and see the results!
Just finished my 2nd session of face and neck micro-needling with LesleyAnne. Professional and very friendly service provided in a very clean and relaxing environment. Thank you for putting me at ease. Really enjoying the treatments and already seeing a big difference. I couldn’t be happier.
