Beautiful old school guest house! Plenty of room for the entire extended family and all amenities included ☺️
Had an absolutely brilliant time playing board games and music and waking up to the view of mountains and sheep 🐑💚
We went in a group of 15 people including children during Easter 2024 and this place exceeded our expectations. The lounge is massive and cosy, all rooms (and there are plenty of them) are good size and well equipped with en-suite. The kitchen has everything you want (or even more) plus the backyard was beautiful. Overall one of the best experience with regards to stay and location. Recommended.
The grounds are amazing during every season, but at this time of the year is the most gorgeous thanks to the bluebell field and all the blooming trees. I could spend hours just sitting around in the woods looking at the bluebells and listening to the birds.
Lancaster castle is a gem. The castle is in a wonderful setting.The gardens are beautiful. The bird of prey displays are fabulous. Good cafes too. Well worth visiting. We’ve been going for a few years now and have a great day every time we go.
Lovely place needed a full day really to see everything . Also in the weapons room they do archery crossbow ecy well worth the money a fantastic experience for only 10 pound for 45 mins and Maria was excellent with our autistic son gave him extra special care thankyou
