Another day of total relaxation and unwinding!
I recently attended another retreat at Light House Yoga Retreats and was not disappointed! From the gentle stretching and breathwork sessions, to the lovely seafront walk, and the afternoon sessions of journaling, vision boarding and sound healing, every part of me relinquished the stresses of the week(s) before, leaving me feeling totally surrendered, stilled and peaceful.
Not only would I recommend you attend one of these day retreats, but would really encourage you do! – you will not be disappointed!
I had such a magical day with Lighthouse Yoga Retreats and came home feeling AMAZING! The team – Michelle, Luke, Connie and Anna – had clearly put lots of thought into how to make the day flow beautifully because it was the right mix of chill and energetic. The retreat location is great, a gorgeous room with a vaulted ceiling and sea views. St Leonards is such a cool town too. I’ll be booking again.
Light House Yoga Retreats was truly a special experience filled reflections, warmth, and spiritual restoration. Anna and Luke were incredible instructors, and they bounced off each others and it spread a warm, comforting energy throughout the class. The day was filled with a mixture of different elements from meditation, yoga practise, crystal sound bath, vision boarding, reiki healing, and more! Everyone in the retreat had such a kind presence, what a pleasure it was to share a wonderful journey with likeminded people. I hope to come back again soon! ❤️❤️❤️
I attended a wonderful Light House Yoga Retreat with some friends in April. Michelle was very helpful going above and beyond with her responses and knowledge during the booking of the retreat (if you have a question, any question, just email her) and was equally as welcoming and organised on the day. The day retreat exceeded expectations with Michelle and Luke guiding the group through breath work, yoga, manifesting and generally making time for ourselves. Everyone was super friendly so I’d recommend going on your own, or with a friend or two. There is something very special about practising yoga with a perfect sea view. Lunch and homemade treats were perfect for the day. If you want to make this a weekend St Leonards is a beautiful little town. Go for a post retreat drink at Goat Ledge! Highly recommended. Thank you again Michelle and Luke.
Really enjoyed St Leonards and Hastings. What a gem! I was feeling pretty stressed and needed a day away from London to reset, but I wasn’t sure if a yoga retreat was for me. As a man who had never done anything like this before, I was a bit worried I’d feel out of place, but from the moment I arrived at Light House Yoga Retreats, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. It was really inclusive, and relaxing, with a great mix of activities like yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound baths that I unexpectedly really enjoyed! I left feeling refreshed, and even motivated to start yoga back in London. If you’re looking for a yoga retreat by the sea, I highly recommend it!
