Had the pleasure of spending Christmas week with family in one of the lodges absolutely beautiful – from star gazing whilst sat in the hot tub relaxing in front of the wood burner cooking a full Christmas dinner all equipment already in the kitchen going on a woodland and riverside walk and eating in the excellent restaurant everything is right there ready for you it was an amazing week ❤️
Perfect place for weddings and private parties, very hidden place, like little village, nice food and events, you can desaper or escape from busy life there for months
Lovely quiet cafe with amazing food. We were there for brunch, but you can see they do an amazing dinner.
5 stars all round! Our first time but wont be the last, everything about the place is fantastic – exactly what we wanted from a log cabin stay, being right on the riverbed and extremtly private compared to other places that stack cabins right next to each other! The Cafe was great too and every member of staff was lovely that we dealt with along the way!
Wow, wow. I’m actually reticent to share how good this wedding venue is. Or even, subject to availability, a weekend break location. Their bar is set so high, we can’t imagine another venue for our 2025 wedding being equal or better! And after visiting we had lunch in the cafe where the food is excellent, and good value.
