A lovely bungalow with far reaching views across the Bay from the living room and front double bedroom. The well tended garden (complete with summer house) is beautiful and the bungalow is in a great location. We holidayed with our elderly parents and they loved how cosy and accessible the bungalow was. Grange over Sands is a lovely town with lots of local walks and eateries. Very dog friendly. We used it as a base for exploring the lakes. Would definitely recommend a stay here
This is a lovely property, a home from home. Very clean and modern with a lovely garden room at the top of the garden.
The view from the lounge across Morecambe Bay was breathtaking and the property is a great base to explore the Lake District.
I would not hesitate to stay at Lothlorian again.
A beautifully comfortable bungalow with a beautiful garden. David and Pam are very friendly hosts. The Lake District is on the doorstep. We have stayed here 3 times and will certainly be staying again.
Another very pleasant stay at Lothlorien, one can always be sure of a very warm welcome from Pam & David. Very well equipped with lovely views and the addition of the new summer house is a bonus.
My family and I (two adults, one child and a dog) had a wonderful time at Lothlorien / Kents Bank Holiday Cottage. It is a very clean, well maintained, spacious property that has all the amenities you will need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We particularly enjoyed dining in the outside garden room during the day in fine sunny weather, relaxing in the surrounds of the beautiful garden. The views of Morcombe Bay from both the lounge and double bedroom are fantastic. The property is conveniently located in a quiet, salubrious, residential area and is an excellent base for enjoying the charms of Grange over Sands, Cartmel and the Southern Lake District. The off road parking on the front drive will easily accomodate your vehicle. David and Pam are attentive hosts, with not only great communication throughout, but the personal touches of meeting upon arrival, with a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge ready for making a cuppa upon arrival. David is more than happy to provide useful information about the local area and beyond. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area…..
