What a fantastic find! A lovely, warm and spacious cottage with a real home-from-home feel. The cottage included all the essentials right down to the welcome package of flowers, wine and milk. The location was perfect for exploring the area, we spent long days walking the Galloway Forest Park (which forms part of the spectacular views from the cottage) and had a truly wonderful time. Thank you for a fantastic break, we can’t wait to return.
This place is just amazing and the owner was so helpful. Right next door to the Crafty Brewery and a 5 minute walk to the town center. The cottage backs on to a field which the kids and dog just loved running about in. The whole place has secured entry and plenty of parking even for my long wheelbase sprinter van the cottage we stayed in had supper views down to the river Cree. Nothing I say here will do the place justice we had a fantastic time and will book again in a heartbeat. There’s so much to do in the local area that we could of used a couple more weeks easily. Weather for us wasn’t the best but there’s a lovely barbecue area are well. Internet was also surprisingly good.
Lovely well appointed cottages, great views from the terraces. Creeview needs a washing machine. Unluckily for us there was no information about possible am/pm dog walks.
What a fantastic cottage we stayed in “Carty” Cottage – the welcome is outstanding flowers, wine and milk on arrival what a lovely touch. Would recommend the Cottages and a visit to this area really beautiful
