We have had a great week at the Art House. The house is in a perfect position for all the things we love to do. National Trust, English Heritage, boat trips, walking and eating. In the heart of the village – good eateries, excellent butcher, tea shops, everything we could want is here. The added bonus is that the house is lovely – well equipped- – everything you need is there. It’s a long way to travel for us but we broke the journey at Doncaster both ways which worked perfectly.
Thank you to our host who left a lot of goodies for us.

Stayed at The Art House for one week from 28th March. Immaculate cottage, very spacious and well equipped. Amazing welcome pack including a bottle of wine.

Great base for exploring Northumberland and just a short walk to Bamburgh castle and beach.

We stayed at this stunning home at the end of November 2018. We were met by the owner Steve who took us through this immaculate accommodation. There was a lovely welcome basket filled with goodies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. This property is so beautiful, newly renovated, close walking distance to everything. We can’t fault one thing about it. Steve was amazing and so accommodating. It is our plan to return. Thank Steve for making our in Bamburgh so great!!!!!
