They say a little can go a long way.(it does). Today I had a trip to catbells, and parked at little town farm. This car park is a honesty car park and costs £5 to park all day (brilliant) unfortunately I didn’t have the correct amount of money, I was told by a lady i could park for free and it was a little gift for Christmas, because of this small but great gesture I will be booking to stay at one of the 4 glamping pods they have. The views from the pods are like something from a postcard, absolutely picturesque, thanks again for the free parking and I will see you soon 😊.
A true gem of the Lake District. The location is absolutely stunning and has incredible valley views and walks just at the doorstep. Sarah is very friendly, full of recommendations, and makes a lovely breakfast. Such a perfect BnB for what the lakes is truly for.

Littletown farm is the perfect location, nestled in Catbells with beautiful walks from the front door and a view that is just incredible.
Sarah is a welcoming host,always smiling and providing first class accommodation ,comfy beds , spacious room and delicious breakfast.
If you want to enjoy the best of the Lakes in a tranquil environment, this is the place to be.
Small room, double bed only, no tv! Very quiet. Breakfast was great. Farm active and and and friendly. We arrived very early but the host let us in quickly. Its very rural though, you have to negotiate single farm track road and sheep.
amazing location – far from bustle, crowds and heavy traffic, surrounded by beautiful nature. Be ready to sleep in comfy beds with complete silence (only birds singing!) all the night! Sarah (the host) is so friendly and ready to help/advice. The place is also an excellent spot for hikers – lot of routes with different options depending on your fitness level. Highly recommend this place for those who seek simplicity, silence and beautiful nature. You can reach the place by walk (1-1.5 hour) or renting taxi from Keswick.
