    My daughter and her friend had the best time with Helen at Total Beauty. They enjoyed a fabulous facial and skincare education. It was excellent value for money, they found it great fun, their skin looks and feels beautiful and we are all going to return for another 👍🏼

    I had the ultimate anti-ageing facial with Helen who is so lovely. My facial was amazing, and included a head, neck, shoulder, arms and hand massage. My skin looks and feels fabulous, super smooth and radiant with no need for make up! I would highly recommend Helen and I’ll definitely be back.

    A wonderful Reiki session with Sarah. Afterwards, I struggled to find the words to explain to her what a healing and moving experience it was. During the Reiki, I experienced various physical sensations, including a warm, comforting feeling flowing through my body and a gentle tingling as warmth radiated from Sarah’s palms. I also visualised colours and forgotten memories came to mind. I share this as some people may be sceptical about how effective Reiki is – I certainly felt tangible effects!

    I booked a session with Sarah as I’ve been struggling with workplace stress and insomnia, which had left me feeling flat and sad. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others. On a practical note, Sarah’s prices are very reasonable. I used the 2-hour free disc parking at Waitrose and did the short walk to the Bodywork Centre. Sarah is kind and intuitive. Thank you so much 🧡
