    I just love yoga practice with Gill. I always come away having learnt something new and feeling mentally and physically restored. The class has a fabulous mix of people with varying yoga experience and Gill brings us all together in a kind and welcoming practice. Thank you Gill!

    I had never even heard of Qi gong but saw Gills add on Facebook and desperate to do some gentle but effective exercise went along with my friend. We loved it and go every Thursday to Haydon Bridge community centre. Easy to learn , excellent for not only my arthritis but my breathing and mind too, space to just be ! Gill makes everyone welcome any age male ir female, any ability. I would definitely recommend.

    I’ve been to a couple of evenings as a beginner and it’s been really friendly and welcoming. Gill is good at helping to adapt the positions to suit my lack of flexibility. It’s also good to see a mix of ages and genders taking part. Too early to claim any benefits but I have felt suitably stretched and relaxed after each session.

    Loving yoga with Gill. After a long break from yoga this was the perfect mix of stretching, balance and releflection. Had the best nights sleep in a while after my first class. Great group and lovely mix of people
