Charming little inn with comfy rooms and delicious pub food. Everything was clean, relaxed, and exactly what we needed. A solid place to stay and eat. The surrounding area is beautiful, and the Observatory we visited is nearby. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you also for providing an extra bed for our daughter. xx
We stayed in the inn on our way back from our holiday in Scotland. The room we stayed in needs a little bit of TLC, but still very comfortable. Nice shower and bed. The Inn and it’s owners are lovely. The meals are excellent. The surroundings beautiful. Nice that the bar and restaurant are also frequently visited by locals and not only tourists. The inn and restaurant are also dog friendly, which is a big plus for us.
Booked here to stay after a day at kielder winter wonderland. Great service, friendly welcoming, small cosy old type pub great selection of drinks, food was so nice! Fire was lit, very christmassy. Breakfast was great too. Thank you for our lovely stay 😊
Super warm & cosy Pub with friendly Bar and overnight accommodation. Easy to find with good parking opposite. Owners made us (and our wee dog) so very welcome! We ate there that night, had a drink at the Bar (locals were so friendly, good atmosphere) and had a welcoming breakfast in the morning before we set off. Garden at rear or if need to walk your doggy to up the hill, some stunning local houses to see and grass verges for woofs. Highly Recommend. Thank you all x
We have often called into The Holly Bish Inn after lovely walks in around Kielder and the Northumbrian Hills, and at last we managed to book in for a 2 night stay with our Collie dog, as always the welcome was warm and friendly, the fire was lit in the bar 🥰
The room was clean and tidy with all that we needed.
Evening meals and Breakfasts had plenty of choices. All very tasty.
We love it how the pub and accommodation are dog friendly.
Plenty of choice of local beers too!
