We came today for a spa day. The location was beautiful. Special shout out to my therapist dinos who was absolutely amazing. I had the most luxurious facial and neck massage. The best I’ve ever had. He was the nicest member of staff we met, so professional and friendly. Thankyou so much.

Had a spa day and chose the back and neck massage as my treatment and it is the best massage I have ever had, the gentleman Dino who did the massage was brilliant.
All of the staff were extremely lovely, very polite and welcoming and make our day so lovely.
The afternoon tea was a lovely way to end our day and the variety of sandwiches and cakes were great.
    Would highly recommend

We recently had a spa day here after receiving a voucher for my birthday!
The spa was simple, beautiful and relaxing, and not full of the usual excessive fluff that some spas have going on.

I had a back massage which was wonderful and my partner had an Indian head massage (his first treatment from a spa and he loved it) both beds were covered in a heated blanket which was a lovely surprise and super soft towels! Came out feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated!
The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were super clean and perfect!

Our afternoon tea was also exceptional, we were seated at a window looking out onto some gorgeous autumnal views, my partner said the cakes were Michelin star level good!

I had a lovely shoulder and back massage by Emma definitely what I needed. I feel very refreshed. The Spa was very relaxing. The afternoon tea facing onto the grounds was really nice

Had a fantastic time at Linden. The staff were very friendly and professional, the hotel is a really nice, relaxing place with traditional decor, furniture etc, what you’d expect from a country setting. The pub has a really good atmosphere, the beer and ales were well kept, but maybe a little pricey, and the food was superb, we never had a bad meal. The breakfast was excellent, the staff very attentive and the order to table delivery taking minutes. All in all the facilities were great.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept and are surrounded by stunning countryside which added to our experience of playing the golf course as it was very still and quiet, not what we’re used to with our local courses in Manchester!!

The course itself is a fantastic parkland course, very challenging and I would recommend a buggy if playing more than a single round, the course staff were doing a great job in preparing and repairing the course after a very dry summer. The par 3s are beautiful holes, the par 5s tricky as well as long but there are some very scoreable par 4s, the bunkers are large and very well positioned and the greens very tricky with plenty of subtle movement in them!

Over all our society had a great time and we all agreed it was a great few days, so good that we are looking to book again for next year!
